Terms & Conditions

1. Validity These sales and delivery conditions apply to all our deliveries. By placing an order, the customer accepts our terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

2. Prices The listed prices include VAT (Switzerland).

3. Delivery Delivery is made upon payment by credit card and at the customer’s own risk subject to the possibilities of delivery. Claims for damages due to delay in delivery cannot be accepted. Any transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to Hausammann Lagerhaus AG.

4. Shipping costs Domestic and foreign parcels are shipped according to Swiss parcel prices. Customs duties and taxes will be charged directly to the customer by the customs office of the country of destination and are therefore not included in the price.

5. Terms of payment The listed payment conditions apply.

6. Complaints and returns Complaints must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns may only be made with our consent and in the original packaging.

7. Place of execution and jurisdiction Place of execution and jurisdiction is Kreuzlingen Thurgau.

8. Use of this website by minors This website is aimed at an adult audience. It is forbidden for minors, in particular children under the age of 16, to transmit personal data about themselves to us or to register for a service. If we discover that such data has been transmitted to us, it will be deleted from our database. The parents (or legal guardian) of the child may contact us and request deletion or deregistration. To do so, we require a copy of an official document that identifies you as a parent or legal guardian.
