The Praline Meditation

Open your unconscious to new sweet soulutions!

“Plant a feeling in your brain!“

Let your breath flow – your eyes glow – enjoy the praline so – and the desired effect will grow!

Six steps to success:

1. Set yourself a goal for more courage/happiness/sleep and select the appropriate praline.

2. Make yourself comfortable; breathe in 1x deeply and consciously and exhale again, making yourself heavy while exhaling and closing your eyes.

3. Imagine a personal inner picture of what the desired courage/happiness/sleep looks like and imagine how it feels/sounds/smells/tastes. Continue to breathe deeply in and out.

4. Put the desired praline into your mouth and consciously enjoy it with your personal mental picture for courage, happiness or sleep.

5. Be consciously aware of the resulting feeling in your body and stroke that area of your body where it feels most harmonious and comfortable.

6. Slowly, breathe in deeply and then out again, while opening your eyes with the insight that you are now able to reproduce that personal image with the desired effect at any time.

The associated enjoyment of the corresponding NeuroPraline can strengthen the effect or facilitate its reproduction through memory.
